One Quest Hero™ is for all ages. Children under 13 may use it only with a parent or guardian, who must set up and manage the account and make any purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without a parent's consent. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
We keep your information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
